• Previous beauty therapist experience is a bonus

Responsibilities and Duties
​
• Greeting clients/visitors coming into the spa
• General housekeeping of reception and treatment rooms
• Opening/ Closing the spa
• Setting up treatment rooms
• Carrying out treatments efficiently
• Answering telephone calls in a timely fashion, taking clear and detailed messages
• Dealing with client inquiries by telephone, email, messages or face to face
• Providing accurate information on products and services
• Booking and scheduling appointments
• Packing and sending out online orders
• Ensuring towels, bedding and equipment are clean
• Regular stock checks

Yémaya London Beauty is a luxury aesthetic spa. We are looking for an enthusiastic qualified beauty therapist to join our friendly team!
We are looking for a therapist who has confidence in carrying out the treatments we offer, admin tasks and can provide a high standard service.
This job involves being based in our spa, offering aesthetic beauty treatments, processing & sending out online orders, being involved in content making for social media and admin/receptionist duties will also be required.
You will be expected to be reliable, professional and flexible with hours. As well as having fun on the job and engaging with the spirit of our brand!
