Due to the numbing cream applied, you will feel very minimal discomfort. These small contact points encourage the body to create a wound healing response and renew the skin cells. As your skin repairs, the production of collagen and elastin is triggered to give an almost immediate plumping effect. A solution is also applied to the skin, containing hyaluronic acid, minerals, vitamins and peptides, which stimulates cell proliferation and so reduces the skin’s contours and improves elasticity. Unlike rollers, we use the award-winning, industry-leading Dermapen™ is more precise and allows the aesthetician to get into those smaller spaces that is difficult for the rollers to fit., for example: between the nose and mouth, and under/around the eyes where we get those "crows feet lines." It can also help to stimulate collagen and elastin under the eye area where we first begin to lose volume, which will in return help to disguise dark circles and tear troughs (eyebags). Treatments can be performed on the body as well as the face, although prices are based on an area the size of the face. The best results from Microneedling are seen after a course of treatments.
