WE HAVE A NO CASH OR CARD REFUND POLICY - ANY REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED AS A CREDIT NOTE/GIFT CODE - YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE PROOF OF BOOKING OR PURCHASE FOR ANY ACTION TO BE TAKEN

YOU ARE REQUIRED TO BRING ID (DRIVING LICENCE OR PASSPORT) TO YOUR FIRST BOOKING WITH US, YOUR EVENT WILL NOT PROCEED WITHOUT YOUR PHYSICAL ID BEING PROVIDED. YOUR EVENT WILL BE CANCELLED AND YOU WLL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A 50% CANCELLATION FEE TO REBOOK YOUR EVENT

Date rescheduling - Less than 2 weeks notice will incur a 50% fee of the total booking price. Less than 1 weeks notice, the full price will be charged and a new booking will need to be made.
Please be aware that you will be liable for any damages or loss of items - blu-tack/sellotape should not be used to affix any items/decorations to the walls or painted areas.
Person named on the booking must provide physical ID before being permitted access to the studio (driving licence or passport only)
Person named on booking or named representatives in the booking agreement shall be present at the venue for the duration of the hire
If the event has been arranged for a third party, we must be notified of the full name & details /business
The number of guests should not exceed the maximum numbers allowed
Strict adherence to the start and end time of your booking

Please note the hire space & toilets (when needed) is the only areas you and your attendees will be permitted to use
We accept no responsibility for any items left at the venue following the conclusion of the event - You will be notified to pick up left items however after a certain timeframe we may remove and dispose of anything left at the premises
