WE HAVE A NO CASH OR CARD REFUND POLICY - ANY REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED AS A CREDIT NOTE/GIFT CODE - YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE PROOF OF BOOKING OR PURCHASE FOR ANY ACTION TO BE TAKEN

CREDIT CAN NOT BE USED TO PAY FOR DISCOUNTED MODEL APPOINTMENTS

YOU ARE REQUIRED TO BRING ID (DRIVING LICENCE OR PASSPORT) TO YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH US, YOUR TREATMENT WILL NOT BE CARRIED OUT WITHOUT YOUR PHYSICAL ID BEING PROVIDED. YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED AND YOU WLL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A 50% CANCELLATION FEE TO REBOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT

A PHOTO OF YOUR PHYSICAL ID WILL BE KEPT ON FILE

​

PLEASE BE ON TIME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT AS WE HAVE A STRICT LATE POLICY. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE MORE THAN 5 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

​

- Discounted treatments or packages are non-transferable and cannot be converted into store credit or applied toward other treatments or promotions.

 

- Store credit cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, sale, or promotional offer

 

- Store credit issued is based on the actual amount paid (after any discounts) and cannot be redeemed during promotional periods or combined with other offers.

​- Lateness of 10/15 minutes or more (dependent on the treatment) can result in the cancellation of your appointment & a 50% charge to reschedule or time deducted from treatment if you're less than 15 minutes late and the treatment allows for time deduction 

​

​- Cancellation due to lateness /rescheduling made with less than 48 hours before treatment will occur a 50% cancellation fee (this includes packages, course of treatments, memberships and treatment plans, you will be charged 50% of the original cost of the individual treatment not the sale price)​

​

- When rescheduling your appointment it must be rescheduled within 14 days from the date of cancellation to avoid paying full price for a new booking 

​

- You must come alone to your appointment ( no children or additional people are allowed in the spa)

​

- For most treatments we give a 15 minute grace period however the time will be deducted from your treatment. For fat dissolving, Bo-tox, any other injectable treatments, 30 minute massages, green peels, all consultations and laser treatments the grace period is 10 minutes as these treatments do not allow for time deduction

​

-  Any free appointments such as follow up treatments, injectable review appointments and Chit Chat & Cocktails free consultations are complimentary and can not be rescheduled (regardless of notice time given), once cancelled it is forfeited 

​

- You must be over 18 to book a treatment with us

​

- 20% VAT is added to all bookings and purchases ​

​

- If you purchase a package of 3 treatments and change your mind about completing your package for what ever reason and would like a refund (all refunds are done via credit note/gift code not cash or card) for the remaining treatment(s) you did not have from the package, the treatment(s) you did have will be converted to single treatment(s) as splitting up a package will revert your treatment back to its single price as appose to its discounted package price.

​

- The first green peel aftercare kit is free after this any additional kits needed will cost £30 ​

​

- Ensure to avoid booking your vajacial or laser treatment (any vulva treatment) around the time of your period to avoid having to reschedule as you will be charged​​

​

- You must provide proof of purchase for refund (credit note/gift code only no cash/card refunds) with any of our products or gift cards 

​

- YLB Pay payment plans/agreements can not be refunded (credit note/gift code only no cash/card refunds) once agreed and first payment has been made 

​

- YLB Pay and PayL8r/Book now & pay later are two separate payment methods

​

- Pay L8r is an entirely separate company to us, we only partner with them 

​

- Using YLB to pay for a training course means that you are unable to sit the course until all payments have been made 

​

- You can not cancel your appointment and receive a refund we can only reschedule your appointment

​

- Please note that you are unable to choose a specific aesthetician for your treatment so therefore wanting to cancel and rebook for a particular aesthetician will result in your appointment being cancelled and you will not be able to receive a refund or rebook.​

​

- A gift card/gift voucher/ gift code can not be used to pay the rescheduling fee

​

- A gift card bought using an offer/discount can not be used to book treatments or anything on discount as this is combining offers which is not allowed. Gifts cards bought on sale/using a discount can only be used on full priced treatments or offers

​

- Some treatments booked online require a deposit as the price is dependent on the treatment area. The deposit paid online will be deducted from total treatment cost if you make your booking during your online consultation​

 

- Vajacial treatments, intimate laser hair removal & other intimate treatments in the vulva area can NOT be done while you're on your period. If you come to your appointment while on your period your appointment will be cancelled and you will be required to pay a rescheduling fee to rebook your appointment  

​

- Bookings for more than one person, treatments will be done one after the other or in separate rooms unless specified when booking was made

​

- We do not carry out face to face consultations without an appointment booked 

​​

- There is a £10 fee when requesting a mini consultation, this fee is deducted from the total cost of your treatment if you book an appointment within 7 after having your mini consultation

​

- Once a mini consultation form is filled out your remaining balance must be paid within 7 days of our aesthetician contacting you to carry out your consultation or you will lose your £10 deposit

  

- Mini consultations are carried out in order to identify the best treatment for your personal skin concerns, we do not recommend products or anything else 

​

- Once a booking/payment has been made it can not be changed to an offer/discounted price.

 

- You are unable to have a discount applied to your existing booking which did not exist at the time of your booking

 

- If you failed to enter a discount code during checkout we are unable to apply your discount or refund you 

​

- If booking a treatment for someone else, you must inform us & provide the person's details when making the booking

​

- Failure to make YLB Pay instalment payments or membership payments on time will lead to the cancellation of your payment plan and appointment(s)

​​

- Late payments can lead to a late fee of £10 per day/the cancellation of treatment

​

- Before & after photos are taken for all treatments for insurances purposes, if you do not consent for your images to be used on our social media they will NOT be used on social media or shown to other clients. If you refuse for your picture to be taken for insurance purposes your appointment will be cancelled and you will not be refunded

​

- A course of treatments can only be used for one person, it can not be shared or changed to another treatment

​

- A booked appointment can not be changed or transferred from one person to another 

​

- Giveaway winner(s) must claim their prize within 24 hours of winning announcement 

​

- Giveaway winners must have their treatment within 4 weeks of winning announcement and it can not be rescheduled

​

- If you have won a treatment in our giveaway and cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice you will not be able to rebook that appointment, your treatment prize will be void and you will be required to pay for a new booking if you would still like to have the treatment. 

​

- You must be 18+ & living in the UK to enter any of our giveaways 

​

- One entry per person for any of our giveaways 

​​

- Gift cards are to be redeemed within 6 months from purchase date 

​​

- Pre-booked appointments can not be transferred to a gift card 

​

- When using a gift card you must have your appointment booked in before the 6 months expiry date 

​

- Loyalty card discounts can only be redeemed by the person who accumulated loyalty stamps ​ 

 

- Bad weather conditions can lead to appointments being rescheduled at short notice

​

- Rescheduling a diploma training course can be done up to 14 days before course date with a rescheduling fee applied 

​

- Rescheduling your diploma training course with less than 14 days notice will lead to the loss of your place and payment 

 

- When booking a diploma training course with us please ensure that you plan your route and ensure to give yourself extra time in order to be on time as lateness disrupts the whole class. Being more than 15 minutes late to your class will lead to you being turned away and having to re-book another space on another class  

 

​- Rescheduling your diploma training course with less than 14 days notice will lead to the loss of your full payment 

​

- A diploma training course can only be rescheduled once

​

- You can reschedule an appointment a maximum of 2 times even if its within our notice period, on the third attempt of rescheduling your appointment your appointment it will automatically be cancelled, you will not be refunded and you will have to make a new booking. 

​

- You may experience a delay in receiving your items due to the delivery company which is out of our control

 

- We are not liable for any delays with your order

 

- We are not liable for any loss or damages from courier 

 

- Do ensure to read the ingredients of all products before purchasing

 

- Do ensure to patch test all products 24 - 48 hours before use, we can not be held liable for any allergic reactions 

 

- We have a no refunds or exchange policy

 - If you book an appointment and your treatment requires a patch test, if you have an allergic reaction (we will require pictures) to your patch test you will be charged £60 for the patch test appointment and will be refunded the remaining amount 

​

- If you book an appointment and your treatment requires a patch test and for any reason other than a proved allergic reaction (we will require pictures) you do not wish to proceed with your treatment you will be charged £60 for the patch test appointment and will be refunded the remaining amount as a gift code/credit note

​

Failure to follow our guidelines and terms & conditions will lead to the cancellation of your appointment and a 50% charge to rebook

​

YLB Premium Annual Membership:

​

Can not be refunded or credited or given to someone else  

​

Once you've made your payment you are responsible for booking in your monthly treatments 

​

If you miss your monthly treatment it can no longer be redeemed, your next treatment will be a new one the following month

​

You must have your treatment within your monthly timeframe for example, if you started your membership on June 27th your monthly timeframe is from the 27th until the 27th of the following month (each month) 

​

If you miss your appointment, unable to make it to your appointment on time or need to reschedule with less than 48 hours notice your appointment will be cancelled and it can not be rebooked back in. If you would like to rebook it you can do so outside of your membership booking it as a new booking using your personal discount code

​​

If you are unable to book or come in for your monthly treatment within your month timeframe, you will lose the treatment and will need to move on to your next treatment for the following timeframe

​

​If you decide to cancel your annual membership at any point after making your annual payment you will not be refunded, your future treatments will be cancelled and you will no longer be able to redeem any monthly treatments 

​

You can cancel your renewal at any point 

​

You will be notified before your renewal date so you are aware of the payment, if you choose not to renew your annual membership please let us know so we can cancel it for you

​

The price of your renewal can be different to the price you paid for your current annual membership, if there is a price change you will be notified of the new price before your renewal date so you can decide whether you would like to proceed or not

​

Another person can not have your membership treatment(s), you are the only person that can redeem your monthly treatments 

​

Our Cosemlan peel is not included with any membership 

​

Your personal membership discount code can not be used in conjunction with any other discount

​

You can only have one treatment per month (per monthly timeframe) with your membership, you can book additional treatments which you must pay for however you can use your discount code for this

​

Your one treatment per month can only be a single session, it can not be any sort of package. Your membership is for one single session for one area per month for example if you want fat dissolving you will need to choose one area such as the stomach, you can't choose stomach and arms as one booking/treatment. Another example is dermal filler you can only have one area at at time such as your chin. The following month you can have the same treatment for another area

When booking Dermal Filler its 1ml per booking however you can book the same area again the following month

Terms and Conditions for Mentorship Program

 

1. General Overview

 

1.1. The mentorship program is designed to provide guidance, support, and resources to help the Mentee achieve their personal, professional, and/or business goals.

1.2. The mentorship relationship will begin on [start date] and continue for [duration, e.g., 3 months, 6 months], unless terminated earlier by either party with written notice.

1.3. A minimum of 14 days’ notice is required for termination of this agreement.

 

2. Responsibilities of the Mentor

 

The Mentor agrees to:

1. Provide guidance, support, and constructive feedback to help the Mentee achieve their goals.

2. Offer expertise, tools, and resources relevant to the Mentee’s development.

3. Be available for scheduled sessions unless mitigating circumstances, such as illness or emergencies, prevent attendance. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the session.

4. Maintain professional communication and confidentiality regarding any information shared by the Mentee.

 

3. Responsibilities of the Mentee

 

The Mentee agrees to:

1. Actively participate in the mentorship process, including attending scheduled sessions and completing agreed-upon tasks.

2. Clearly communicate goals, challenges, and expectations to the Mentor.

3. Be open to feedback and take actionable steps based on guidance.

4. Respect the Mentor’s time by being punctual, prepared, and professional.

 

4. Payment Terms

1. Payment Obligations:

• The Mentee agrees to pay the total fee for the session(s) or package associated with the Mentorship Program as outlined during the booking process. Payment must be made in full prior to the commencement of the program, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. Non-Refundable Payments:

• All payments are non-refundable. The Mentee acknowledges that mentorship services are time-based and personalized. As such, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Payment Methods:

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, online payment platform, or payment link. Payment details will be provided during the booking process.

4. Outstanding Balances:

• The Mentor reserves the right to withhold services until outstanding balances are paid in full.

 

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. No Refunds:

• All payments are non-refundable due to the personalized and intangible nature of the mentorship program.

2. Termination by the Mentee:

• If the Mentee terminates the agreement before completing the program, no refunds will be issued for unused sessions or services.

3. Termination by the Mentor:

• The Mentor reserves the right to terminate the agreement due to inappropriate or unprofessional behavior from the Mentee. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

4. Cancellation or Rescheduling by the Mentor:

• In the event of mitigating circumstances (e.g., illness or emergencies), the Mentor will reschedule the session at a mutually agreed time.

 

6. Session Details

1. Frequency of Sessions: Bi-weekly.

2. Session Duration: 60 minutes.

3. Mode of Communication: Email, phone, WhatsApp, or in-person.

4. Rescheduling: Both parties agree to provide at least 12 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellations.

 

7. Session Format

1. In-Person Sessions:

• Conducted at YLB Studio, 324 Streatham High Road, SW16 6ER.

2. Virtual Sessions:

• Conducted via platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet. The Mentee is responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and appropriate technology.

3. Flexibility in Format:

• The Mentor reserves the right to determine the most appropriate format based on session requirements or unforeseen circumstances.

 

8. Confidentiality

1. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all information shared during the mentorship program.

2. Materials, resources, or tools provided by the Mentor remain their intellectual property. These may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written consent.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

1. The Mentor is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, such as natural disasters, power outages, or illness. In such cases, sessions will be rescheduled.

2. The Mentor is not responsible for the Mentee’s decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the mentorship program.

3. The Mentee acknowledges that the success of the mentorship depends on their own efforts and commitment.

 

10. Non-Compete Clause

 

The Mentee agrees not to use the strategies, methods, or intellectual property shared by the Mentor to create or offer competing services during the term of this agreement and for a period of 6 months following its termination.

 

11. Dispute Resolution

1. Any disputes will be resolved amicably between the parties.

2. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

 

12. Governing Law

 

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
